  23. If the fronts of the bricks all have the same surface, you could apply a
  24. single brushmap to that one surface and it'll be laid down over all of
  25. them. You're probably already using a colormap, so one thing you could
  26. do is use a black and white picture of the letters as a reflection map
  27. and use a reflection image that's all one color. If you also have
  28. "mortar" in between the bricks with its own front surface, you would
  29. then want to apply the exact same treatment to it, with the brushmap
  30. sizes exactly the same, so you would see graffiti on the mortar, too.

  32. It may, of course, be much easier and more convenient to make a plane,
  33. place it just a teeny bit in front of the bricks, put a colormap and
  34. a transparency map for the letters, and there you go; it would look just
  35. fine and is more flexible as far as having different colors of graffiti
  36. are. But then you couldn't do cool things like blowing up the wall,
  37. sending bricks in all directions, and still seeing the graffiti attached
  38. to the individual bricks. :) (repeat after me: I luv brushmap tacking...)
